Intern Product Operations all genders

We are on the lookout for an Intern Product Operations (all genders) to join the Logistics Product Performance Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This is a 6 months internship that is aimed to open to a fulltime position after completion.

In our Logistics Team youll tackle highimpact challenges that make lastmile delivery efficient affordable and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders end customers and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail. In the Customer Product Line we build products that make it easy for local brands to deliver a delightful order experience with efficient operations so customers order on repeat. Datadriven experimentation is part of our Product DNA.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide excellent support to both internal teams and external customers troubleshoot issues and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Support the rollout of new products and features in your region which are aimed at improving our users experience business performance and operational efficiency
• Conduct analysis to optimize product performance monitor and review the results of A/B tests to inform decisionmaking processes.
• Provide management with regular performance reports insights and presentations
• Interact with and support our operations stakeholders 
   

Qualifications :

• Youve already gained your first experience in SQL
• Highly passionate about solving business problem with data and statistical knowledge
• You have an eye for details
• Independent and rigorous working style
• You are a team player and love to think outside the box
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
