Job Description
Your Role
This role is a dynamic blend of business strategy and handson product execution where you will define and implement product vision and strategy. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through gotomarket and continuous optimization. Taking a lead in our high performing product development team youll leverage data and a deep customer understanding to ensure were focussing where it adds the most value. Youll work closely with our development team and bring a strong focus on execution and delivery. Along with our account management team youll craft a GTM plan that ensures were not just building products but successfully launching scaling and realizing value from our products.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Customer & Market Voice. You act as the voice of the customer within the business. Youll gather prioritize and manage customer and market insights. Conduct user research during ideation and design to ensure the product truly meets customer needs.
- Execution & Delivery. Youll manage the full product lifecycle from idea approval through design development release and impact analysis. You ensure that every phase is executed smoothly and effectively.
- GotoMarket. You will lead all aspects of product release onboarding sales support and customer engagement. Youll work to ensure a seamless and successful product launch and adoption.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap. You collaborate with our Head of Product to define the product vision strategy and roadmap for your area of responsibility. Youll ensure alignment with company goals and customer demands.
- DataLed Decision Making. Use data to make informed decisions. Youll conduct thorough data analysis on user behavior to assess product performance and identify future development opportunities.
What Youll Need
- You have at least 4 years of experience owning a product or a significant part of one with strong focus on business strategy and analysis
- You have significant experience in gotomarket (launching scaling sales engagement onboarding) ideally with B2B SaaS Products
- You have the technical understanding to collaborate directly with frontend and backend developers
- You are datadriven and proficient in tools like Metabase Tableau or PowerBI with a general interest in AI technologies
- Youre an entrepreneurial thinker and gogetter eager to tackle complex product challenges with creative and innovative ideas that significantly impact our business
- You approach tasks as a numbersdriven systems thinker favoring a pragmatic and outcomeoriented process management style
- You enjoy working on complex challenges in a collaborative nonhierarchical setup not being afraid to step outside the confines of your role or job description
- Youre a positive spirit fitting in seamlessly with our friendly team who believe in the importance of a positive and fun work environment
- You are fluent in English and German (C2 for working with the German market)
