Job Description
YOU
- are involved in designing developing and improving the manufacturing processes systems and equipment in order to optimize the production process reduce costs and improve quality (German needed)
- run process simulations creating a virtual representation of the manufacturing process for verification and validation of different production rates and other variable perimeters
- are responsible for Business Process Modeling creating diagrams or flowcharts that show the sequence of activities in the process to identify improvements
- use Value Stream Mapping analyzing and designing production steps and buffer stocks to identify bottlenecks
- are responsible for digitalization:
- Designing building testing or deploying computer software involved in the manufacturing process
- Data analysis collecting data cleaning and transforming the data and analyzing it to identify patterns trends and anomalies in the process
Qualifications :
YOU
- have a completed a degree in mechanical aeronautical or industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
- have knowledge of process engineering production engineering in the aeronautics field
- are experienced handling of tools like Skywise AnyLogic SAP ARIS or Microsoft Visio CATIA SolidWorks
- are ready to join a dynamic project environment
- are fluent in English and have a good command of German
