Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Manage and oversee the sales team including hiring training and performance management.
3. Establish robust and efficient distribution network and maintain good value chain.
4. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against these targets.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
6. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on.
7. Work closely with marketing and BTL teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
8. Analyse sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance forecasts and market trends.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures follow philosophy and respect culture. as well as industry regulations.
11. Stay uptodate with industry developments and best practices in sales management.
