Align with leadership vision and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies and provide guidance on optimizing the digital experience.
Develop good relationships with crossfunctional teams to promote our team services through driving action on insights provided by our team.
Use the Quantum Metrics platform to analyze user behavior on digital platforms identifying friction points and opportunities for optimization digital products quality/experience by monitoring realtime data generating insights and providing actionable recommendations to product UX and business teams ultimately aiming to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like digital adoption task completion and customer satisfaction survey scores.
Proactively analyze large volumes of user interaction data within the Quantum Metric platform to identify patterns trends and anomalies impacting customer journeys.
Proactively monitoring realtime customer behavior to detect friction points like slow loading times confusing navigation error messages etc detractors.
Create presentations that summarize actionable opportunities to elevate overall operational efficiency and present findings with datadriven recommendations to key stakeholders.
Proactively identify atrisk while creating & executing an action plan to drive platform adoption through business value. Maintain expert level knowledge of Quantum Metrics platform capabilities & configuration options to enable actionable insights.
Identifying root causes of customer experience issues and proposing solutions based on data analysis.
Enjoys solving complex problems without straight forward solutions. Must be a selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment and serve as Quantum metrics platform subjectmatter expert (SME).
Creating clear and concise dashboards and reports to present key insights to stakeholders across different teams including product UX engineering and marketing.
Identifying highimpact areas for improvement based on data analysis and working with teams to prioritize implementation.
