Job Description
Application Support and Service Manager BRISBANE
-
10 years of experience in IT application support and service delivery management.
- Proven track record in managing multigeography support programs and software delivery.
- Experience in managing onsite and offshore delivery
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with cloudbased applications and services.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Certification in ITIL or similar.
- Project management certification
- Airline or Travel industry experience high desirable
- Experience in managing 40 team in a global delivery model
- Previous airline industry experience is a value ad
- Full work rights to work in Australia and ability to commence ASAP
