Job Description
We are looking for an Application and Production Support Analyst to join our Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Tasks
- Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios;
- Manage Incidents Requests Changes;
- Improving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or similar;
- Between 2 to 3 years of experience in application/production support;
- Experience with web applications;
- Knowledge of Applications Testing;
- Driven to work with crossfunctional teams to support application deployment and ensure smooth operations;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Hybrid work in the office in Lisbon (1/2x per week).
