Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Legal Analyst to join their teams in Porto.
Position: Legal Analyst
Location: Porto Portugal
Work model: Onsite
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze legal documents contracts and agreements to assess compliance and identify potential risks.
- Review contracts for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Work directly with authorities
- Maintain organized records of legal documents case files and correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain documents for easy retrieval of information.
- Maintain a high level of quality in each case reviewed.
- Act according to social media policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level) English (B2) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Ability to develop skills within a short period of time
- Resilient working in a face paced environment
- A high level of emotional intelligence and patience to effectively manage difficult or emotional customer interactions
- Motivated and positive attitude
- High attention to detail
