Job Summary
As a Legal Operations Analyst your primary responsibility will be to moderate written content on social media platforms ensuring adherence to client policies and legal requirements. Your work will involve identifying and mitigating issues such as fraud or copyright infringement and processing legal requests accurately. This role requires excellent attention to detail adherence to deadlines and compliance with key performance indicators like SLA FCR and CSAT.
Please Note: The job does not involve video moderation or extensive typing. Instead the focus is on reviewing and assessing flagged social media profiles alongside textual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Moderation: Review and analyze written social media content to identify potential fraud or copyright infringement.
- Legal Compliance: Process legal requests promptly and accurately while ensuring compliance with client policies and guidelines.
- Performance Adherence: Maintain awareness of and meet key performance metrics like:
- First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Knowledge Updates: Stay updated with changes in client policies and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Complete tasks within deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
No prior experience is required (up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is preferred). - Language Skills:
- German: Fluent (C1 minimum).
- English: Intermediate (B2 level).
- Other Skills:
- Understanding of KPIs (FCR SLA CSAT) and performancedriven workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Conditions and Benefits
- Base Salary:
- Annual gross base salary: 15260 (including meal and transportation allowances).
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary.
- Language Premium Bonus: Additional 3240/year.
- Total Annual Compensation: 18500 gross/year.
- Insurance Coverage:
- Health insurance life insurance and family plan (for spouse/legal partner and children).
- Contract Details:
- 2month training agreement followed by a 1year fixedterm contract (30day probation period included).
- Relocation Support (For Candidates Relocating to Portugal):
- Assistance with obtaining NIF (Portuguese tax identification number) and NISS (social security number).
- Support in finding suitable housing.
- Relocation Bonuses:
- 2000 gross (paid with the first payroll cycle).
- Additional 1000 gross (if relocating from outside Lisbon metropolitan area to Lisbon).
