Key Responsibilities
PMS Product Distribution & Sales:
o Lead the distribution and sales of PMS AIF structured products and other wealth management solutions.
o Drive crossselling initiatives with products such as Mutual Funds Bonds NCDs IPOs and Fixed Deposits.
o Provide customized solutions for HNI clients through effective asset allocation and portfolio diversification strategies.
HNI Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
o Acquire new HNI clients through subbroker channels and ensure seamless onboarding.
o Comanage relationships with existing HNI clients ensuring portfolio health by monitoring performance and recommending changes.
o Offer regular updates on market trends regulatory developments and investment strategies to deepen client trust.
SubBroker Channel Partner & Franchisee Development:
o Build a network of subbrokers channel partners and franchisee models to expand product reach.
o Travel across the stated to identify and onboard new partners for PMS and other wealth products.
o Provide ongoing training marketing support and product updates to enhance subbroker productivity.
Sales Team Management & Leadership:
o Recruit train and mentor Relationship Managers (RMs) advisors and franchisee partners to ensure consistent performance and client satisfaction.
o Set revenue targets and monitor team activities ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Organize regular training sessions on PMS and investment products to enhance the teams market knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Franchisee & Partner Support:
o Ensure franchisees and subbrokers are wellequipped with market insights research reports and compliance updates.
o Help franchisees in recruiting and training their staff to enhance sales operations.
o Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance by regularly updating partners on SEBI guidelines and policy changes.
Operations & Profitability Management:
o Ensure regional profitability by driving product sales acquiring new clients and expanding distribution networks.
o Coordinate with banks NBFCs and partners to maintain a smooth operational flow and build additional revenue channels.
o Monitor MIS reports to track new client acquisition activation and performance against revenue targets.
Client Engagement & Market Monitoring:
o Actively engage with HNI clients to assess their financial needs identify crossselling opportunities and optimize their portfolios.
o Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvements and strategy refinement.
o Initiate sales campaigns stalling activities and corporate events to boost visibility and drive client acquisition.
Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure all activities comply with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
o Coordinate with the Regional or Country Head to align with corporate goals and ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
o Track and manage potential risks in client portfolios through regular reviews and rebalancing strategies.
Candidate Requirements
Extensive experience in PMS wealth management and financial product distribution.
Proven track record in HNI client acquisition and relationship management.
Strong expertise in building subbroker networks and managing franchisee operations.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in team development and performance monitoring.
Indepth knowledge of capital markets SEBI regulations and wealth management products.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills.
