Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Shall be responsible for interaction with various DRDO labs OEMs vendors and defense. clients for management and acquisition of Transfer of Technology (TOT) offered.
2. Shall be responsible for liaising with NABL accredited labs/ DRDO labs/ DGQA labs for utilization and fulfillment of testing requirements for complete range of products.
3. Manager will be responsible for undertaking and assisting HOD D&D team for following activities
4. Selects new parts taking into consideration:
(a) Obsolescence
(b) Availability
(c) Cost
5. Prepares and presents electronic designs to other members of the design team and project stakeholders at design reviews.
6. Documents full design work and prepares reports ensuring design files and information are kept up to date and stored in accordance with company procedures.
7. Follows departmental processes relating to management of designs and the project management processes.
8. Analyze technology trends market demands for product upgradations in comparison to the competitors range of products keeping in pace with global development and plan in house projects in consultation with HOD.
9. Prepares study reports and submits to HOD in order to determine
10. Coordinate with Engineering department for finalisation and development of new product(s) against the specific case in line with the delivery timeline provided by the clients through RFI/RFP/ Projected tenders/Proposals)
Requirements
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
M.tech/ B.tech/ Diploma Electronics & Electricals from a reputed college.
Must have atleast 810 years working experience with various types of design software and basic electronics circuitry/ PCB design of assemblies/sub assemblies.
Well acquainted with Electronics design of electrooptical devices as per design requirements
3D modelling and design analysis of components module and complete device.
Generation of applicable design drawings.
Well acquainted with various design documentation.
Must be willing to travel across India for demonstrations and trial purposes at client location.
Hands on experience in Optoelectronic devices and thermal image processing will be an added advantage.
Experience with ERP software particularly SAP Business One is preferred
