Experience: 01 Year
Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field

Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Internship Fulltime (1:00pm10:00pm)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern with 01 years of experience to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates specializing in Human Resources to gain handson experience and contribute to various HR functions in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates.

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

  • Support in onboarding activities and documentation.

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.

  • Assist with HR documentation including offer letters joining formalities and exit formalities.

  • Support payroll and attendance tracking processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree.

  • 01 year of experience in HR or related internships (preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
