Were seeking a passionate creative and resultsoriented Digital Marketing and Growth Manager to drive our online growth across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in omnichannel digital marketing with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth initiatives to improve customer engagement brand awareness and overall sales. This is a hybrid position with the requirement to be able to be onsite at least 12 days per week in Columbia South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and Drive Growth Strategy: Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies across all channels to achieve and exceed business objectives.
Optimize Online Presence: Manage and enhance online product listings ensuring optimal SEO compelling content and successful ad placements.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze performance data identify trends and implement datadriven strategies to continually optimize results.
CrossFunctional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing customer service product development and other teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Customer Retention and Acquisition: Develop and execute customercentric strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty of existing customers and attract new customers.
- Sales Targets and Metrics: Establish and meet or exceed ambitious sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in ecommerce or digital marketing are a plus.
- 35 years of experience in ecommerce management with a proven track record of driving significant online sales growth.
- Deep knowledge of launching and expanding across ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon (global marketplaces) Target Walmart Meta Instagram TikTok BigCommerce etc.
- Experience creating managing and driving decisions using multiple sources of data and analytics as well as business intelligence tools like PowerBI.
- A forwardthinking approach to leveraging new technologies and trends in ecommerce.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
- Excellent writing editing and communication skills.
