We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in identifying qualifying and managing leads to support our sales and business growth efforts. This role involves utilizing platforms like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to compile targeted lead lists maintaining a wellorganized CRM database and closely collaborating with the sales team to refine strategies. The ideal candidate is datadriven detailoriented and experienced in industries like business funding or financial services.
Core Tasks:
Utilize tools like Apollo.io LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other leadgeneration platforms to identify se and compile highquality lead lists.
Prequalify leads based on predetermined criteria ensuring they align with the company s ideal customer profile.
Organize and maintain an updated lead database within CRM systems such as PipeDrive and HubSpot ensuring accurate records of prospect details and interactions.
Track and analyze key leadgeneration metrics including the volume of leads sourced qualification rates and conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target demographics and refine leadgeneration strategies accordingly.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for leadgeneration activities and update them regularly to improve efficiency.
Monitor and stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market shifts to identify new leadgeneration opportunities.
Requirements
MustHaves:
3 years of experience in lead generation preferably within business funding financial services or similar industries.
Advanced proficiency with Apollo.io or equivalent leadgeneration platforms.
Experience using and managing CRM systems like PipeDrive and HubSpot.
Strong organizational and data management skills with the ability to handle large volumes of lead data accurately.
Familiarity with metrics tracking and reporting using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
