This is a remote position.
We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to design implement and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking analytical skills and collaboration to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.
Core Tasks:
- Design implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Work with SEO team for keyword and audience research to guide campaign strategies
- Monitor budget allocation and performance of all paid ad campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights
- Provide basic reporting on campaign performance as needed
- Collaborate with design team for assets to leverage and A/B test in campaigns
- Perform other marketingrelated tasks as needed
Requirements
MustHave:
- 3 years managing paid ads campaigns on Meta Google or X
- Intermediate advanced exp in Google Sheets / Excel for basic campaign reporting
- 1 years with GoHighLevel for CRM automation (or similar CRM tool)
- Familiarity with ad targeting and segmentation techniques
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work EST (9AM 2PM)
NicetoHave:
- Hands on experience running ads on X
- Certifications in Meta Ads and / or Google Ads
- Creative skills in ad copywriting and basic design principles
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
Qualifications: 3+ years experience in a marketing and / or publicity role Demonstrated experience meeting projected goals each week, on time Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
