Responsibilities:
- Assist with travel bookings including flights hotels and other arrangements.
- Provide support for customer inquiries via email phone and live chat.
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Process and maintain records in office software (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a high standard of service.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation and scheduling.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fresh graduate with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work with a USbased team and adapt to time zone differences.

- 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time
- 10:00 Pm to 7 AM Pakistan Standard Time
- 12:00 PM to 9 AM Pakistan Standard Time
