Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept through to completion ensuring highquality design and project delivery.
- Design and plan outdoor spaces for various project types including multifamily residential hospitality senior living and mixeduse developments.
- Work closely with clients consultants and internal project teams to ensure designs align with project goals budget and schedule.
- Mentor and guide junior landscape architecture team members providing opportunities for growth and development.
- Ensure designs are functional aesthetically pleasing and in compliance with relevant codes regulations and sustainability goals.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Landscape Architecture program.
- 5 years of experience in landscape architecture with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
- SketchUp or other 3D modeling software Adobe Creative Suite Land F/X experience preferred.
- Licensed Landscape Architect or actively working towards licensure.
