Job Description and Responsibilities
Commercial real estate focus: buying selling renting and leasing properties
Set up outreach system track metrics build sales pipeline
Goal: Set 1200 appointments over 3.5 years from 4000 contacts These numbers that I gave are not realistic they are examples. The typical closed conversion ratio is 3%. The goal is to be up to maximum pipeline capacity maximum sales capacity and overall max in 24 months. The expectation is 612 closings in the first full 12 months cycle. That would be double or 3X during the second 12 month cycle as more customers are engaged previous customers have provided referrals and we close new customers. With the max annual sales for 1 agent SDR and assistant being 2430 deals. The average closing with lag time would be around 20 closings per year over the next 3.5 years with the numbers provided above.

Current CRM is manual entry not ideal for followups
Considering transition to HubSpot or similar system
New hire may help implement and streamline CRM processes
Possibility of integrating new CRM with existing coaching CRM
