About the job:
We are seeking a versatile and detailoriented Order Fulfillment and Marketing Specialist to support our client's promotional products business. This role combines research customer support order management and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities from managing orders to improving our SEO and creating compelling content.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Research and Quoting:
- Utilize company software to identify promotional products that meet customer needs.
- Create accurate and competitive quotes for customers and the sales team.
Order Management:
- Place and monitor orders with manufacturers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the shipping process to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Communicate with vendors to address any delays or issues.
Customer Support:
- Act as a point of contact for customers to answer questions provide updates and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Marketing Support:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
- Write engaging and professional content for blogs product descriptions and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a marketing assistant virtual assistant or customer support role.
- Proficient with SEO tools and best practices.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail for product sourcing and order management.
- Proficiency in order management platforms and CRM tools (experience in the promotional products industry is a plus).
- Proficiency in any project management tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in content writing or digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
