Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead with expertise in designing developing and maintaining highperformance web applications using the latest .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver scalable reliable and secure software solutions. This role demands proficiency in .NET frameworks leadership capabilities and experience in working with cloudbased technologies such as Azure.

In addition to staffing solutions Smartwork IT Services is involved in developing cuttingedge products like SWITS ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and SWITS HRMS (Human Resource Management Services). Application Development:
- Lead the design development and maintenance of web applications using .NET technologies (C# ASP.NET MVC Web API).
- Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications while adhering to best practices.
- Develop clean efficient and reusable code to enhance software functionality.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers providing technical guidance code reviews and career development support.
- Oversee project timelines resource allocation and task delegation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the development team.
- Design and implement cloudbased solutions using Azure services (e.g. Azure Functions Azure SQL Azure Blob Storage etc.).
- Work with DevOps tools and practices to automate deployment pipelines and improve continuous integration and delivery.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams (QA DevOps Business Analysts etc.) to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions design sessions and sprint planning.
- Mandetatory skills in Bangalore: Net core ASP .NET C#ADO.Net SQL Server or Mongo DBWCF Web API SonarQube Microservices Agile Web Form Javascript LINQ.Azure Devops.Ui
- Mandetatory skills in Hyderabad: .Net core ASP .NET C#ADO.Net Mongo DBWCF Web API SonarQube Microservices Agile Web Form Javascript LINQ Kafka Angular JS Azure Devops.Ui
- Strong proficiency in .NET technologies (C# ASP.NET MVC Web API).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications using .NET frameworks.
- Expertise in SQL databases (e.g. SQL Server MySQL) for developing and optimizing databasedriven applications.
- Handson experience with cloud technologies particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and automation tools.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with thirdparty services.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like JavaScript React or Angular is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum and software development life cycle (SDLC).
