As a Growth Marketing Manager at Instaleap you will be responsible for designing executing and optimizing highimpact demand generation campaigns across diverse industries including supermarkets pharmacies and CPGs specifically for the LATAM and BRA markets.
Your primary focus (70%) will be on multichannel demand generation campaigns tailored to distinct industry verticals with the remaining 30% dedicated to AccountBased Marketing (ABM) targeting highpriority accounts. This role requires a datadriven marketer with expertise in crosschannel campaign management an understanding of industryspecific pain points and the ability to work closely with sales teams to drive measurable growth.
What would you do
Demand Generation (70%):
- Growth Strategy and Planning: Design and execute strategic demand generation campaigns for diverse industry sectors targeting pain points relevant to supermarkets pharmacies and CPGs. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Content Marketing Paid Media Inbound and Marketing Design to align on key campaign themes and industryspecific messaging.
- CrossChannel Execution: Develop and manage multichannel marketing efforts including email marketing social media webinars and content marketing ensuring an integrated and cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaboration with Sales: Partner closely with the Sales team to align on campaign objectives audience targeting and lead quality expectations facilitating consistent feedback loops for optimizing campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Measurement: Use marketing analytics tools to monitor measure and analyze the impact of demand generation campaigns adjusting tactics as needed to meet performance goals and continuously improve ROI.
AccountBased Marketing (ABM) (30%):
- Targeted Campaigns: Collaborate with Sales Content Marketing Marketing Design and Events teams to develop and execute highly personalized ABM campaigns focused on highpriority accounts.
- Content and Messaging Development: Create tailored content and messaging strategies that resonate with key personas and decisionmakers within target accounts fostering meaningful engagements and building longterm relationships.
- Continuous Optimization: Regularly analyze ABM campaign performance making datadriven adjustments to improve engagement conversion rates and overall campaign success.
General Responsibilities:
- Campaign Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on campaign KPIs generating insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement. Provide detailed performance reports to the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets optimizing spend to maximize impact and ROI. Maintain regular budget updates and forecasts for the Head of Marketing.
Your experience has been shaped by
- Proven experience in growth demand generation and ABM within a B2B SaaS environment particularly in LATAM and/or BRA markets.
- Crosschannel marketing skills with experience in creating and executing campaigns across email social media events and content marketing.

- Fluent in Spanish and willingness to learn Portuguese is required.
