Job Description

Job Title: Accounting Inventory Clerk

Work Location: Orlando FL

Job Type: C2C/Fulltime/W2

Job Details:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Data entry for all vehicle inventory received and sold nonretail.
Creates files for all new and used vehicles.
Ensures receipt of titles for inventory.
Prepares checks for inventory purchases.
Maintains accuracy of inventory accounts.
Assigns titles/MSOs for nonretail inventory sales.
Scans and files documents related to inventory sales.
Answers all vendor inquiries regarding inventory.
Researches discrepancies in vendor payments for inventory sales.
Maintains a cooperative manner with other employees.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education & Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements tax and title documents and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to customers employees and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit use hands to finger handle or feel and use a computer. The employee frequently is required to talk hear and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
