Job Description
Job Summary:
Must have 5 years of Warehouse exp
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented individual to fill the position of Outbound Shipping Coordinator
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of goods to customers ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any shippingrelated issues
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills ability to work well under pressure and a strong attention to detail
They will be responsible for managing inventory levels coordinating with internal teams and resolving any shippingrelated issues
Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
Resolve any shippingrelated issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve processes and reduce costs
Must be detailoriented analytical and able to work independently as well as with a team
Flexibility regarding working a 5 out of 7day schedules.
Flexibility with work hours: frequent overtime and weekends.
Ability to work seated for long periods of time when required
Must be able to run a Pallet Jack EPJ and or Forklift
