Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Healthcare Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic investment banking team. This individual will play a key role in executing complex transactions within the healthcare sector working closely with senior bankers clients and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare investment banking with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capital raising and financial analysis.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage financial modeling valuation analysis and due diligence processes for healthcare M&A transactions.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients providing strategic advice and identifying new business opportunities.

Prepare and present pitch materials including presentations offering memorandums and financial models.

Coordinate with various internal teams including analysts associates and senior bankers to execute transactions.

Conduct indepth industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development.

Manage and mentor junior team members providing guidance and training in technical and clientfacing matters.

Stay up to date with industry trends market conditions and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare sector.

Education Requirements:

A Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field is required.

An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Experience Requirements:

5 to 8 years of experience in healthcare investment banking M&A advisory or related fields.

Proven track record of successfully executing healthcare transactions.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling valuation and financial statement analysis.

Experience with healthcarespecific transactions including pharmaceutical biotech healthcare services or medical devices.
