Salary Range: $80000 $120000

Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) or similar roles in investment banking corporate finance or financial advisory.

Proven track record in assisting with debt structuring issuance and capital raising.

Familiarity with financial modeling credit analysis and understanding market trends.
Responsibilities:
-
Assist in the execution of debt financing transactions for clients including bond issuance and syndicated loans.

Conduct financial analysis market research and credit assessment to support transaction execution.
-
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create debt structures and provide advisory on optimal capital raising strategies.

Develop financial models and presentations to support the debt raising process.

Assist in preparing client materials including pitch books investor presentations and other transaction documentation.
Skills:
-
Strong understanding of capital markets and debt instruments

Financial modeling proficiency in Excel

Experience with credit analysis and risk assessment

Ability to perform detailed financial analysis and research

Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of debt issuance process and regulatory requirements

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Strong interpersonal and client management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
