Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly skilled Senior ECM (Equity Capital Markets) Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting the execution of equity capital markets transactions including public offerings private placements and related equity financing. The Senior ECM Analyst will work closely with senior bankers and clients providing analytical support preparing pitch materials and assisting in the execution of capital markets transactions.
Responsibilities:

Assist in managing equity transactions from initial pitch to final execution.

Prepare financial models offering memorandums and client presentations.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.

Coordinate with internal teams legal advisors and clients to facilitate transactions.

Provide detailed analysis of financial trends market conditions and investor behavior.

Support senior bankers in negotiations and deal structuring.

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of key documents and materials.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.

5 to 8 years of experience in ECM investment banking or financial services.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling valuation techniques and market analysis.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial software tools.

Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Skills:
Financial Modeling Strong ability to build and analyze financial models.
Valuation Experience in valuing companies and understanding market trends.
Market Analysis Skilled at conducting indepth market research and competitor analysis.
Pitch Materials Ability to prepare compelling pitch presentations for clients.
Deal Execution Experience in executing equity capital market transactions.
Client Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
Negotiation Ability to assist in deal structuring and negotiations.
Attention to Detail Precision in managing and reviewing transaction details.
Problem Solving Strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
Financial Software Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other financial tools.
