Synthflow AI is an innovative earlystage generative AI startup focused on empowering companies and developers to seamlessly build manage and deploy AI agents without the need for coding.
As we embark on our next phase of growth we are excited to have recently secured funding positioning us at the forefront of the AI industry.
Your role
As a UX/UI Designer at Synthflow AI your role will be to conduct indepth user research and translate your findings into actionable and highfidelity UI and UX to support our productled growth. You will be expected to dive deep into the market and AI technology develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers and derive clear UX enhancements based on this knowledge.
You will play a critical role in our team bringing your handson approach to the design process. We are looking for someone fearless in experimenting make decisions based on a mix of data and intuition and who can work efficiently in a fastpaced startup environment with emerging and truly innovative AI technologies.
Tasks
Your Mission
- User Research: Dive deep into user behaviors and preferences. Understand their needs aspirations and pain points and turn these insights into actionable design strategies.
- Innovative Design: Create seamless intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces using tools like Figma.
- Collaborate: Work in tandem with crossfunctional teams articulate your design rationale and thrive in an environment of mutual feedback.
- Stay Agile: Adapt experiment and iterate quickly in a dynamic startup space ensuring our AI solutions always have a usercentric approach.
Requirements
You have
- Communication Skills: You should be adept at presenting your ideas and also be an active listener.
- UserCentric Mindset: A proven ability to transform user research into tangible product enhancements.
- Proficiency in Tools: Mastery over Figma is a must. Experience with nocode platforms like bubble.io webflow or zapier will earn you brownie points.
- Portfolio: Show us your creative journey. Were keen to see your process the impact youve created and the designs youre proud of.
- Experience: At least 5 years in the UX/UI design arena.
NicetoHaves:
- Familiarity with nocode tools like bubble.io webflow or zapier.
- Experience with GenAI or intricate B2B products in the ML/AI/Data realm is a significant advantage.

- Use this chance to learn more about your future colleagues and hear their perspective.
Step 5: Reference checks
- We will ask you to provide 23 references whom we will contact.
Step 6: Offer
- You will receive our offer and we will explain the compensation package.
