Job Description: Senior Human Capital Consulting Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Capital Consulting Analyst to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic human capital solutions optimizing workforce strategies and driving organizational effectiveness for clients across various industries. You will lead complex human capital projects manage client relationships and mentor junior team members to achieve impactful results.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Human Capital Advisory:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive human capital strategies aligning talent management organizational development and business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning leadership development succession planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Work closely with clients to identify human capital challenges and recommend innovative datadriven solutions that enhance organizational performance.
Organizational Design and Development:
  • Assess clients organizational structures cultures and talent pipelines to recommend improvements and optimize workforce effectiveness.
  • Design and implement organizational development initiatives including change management strategies leadership programs and employee engagement frameworks.
  • Support clients in designing performance management systems and creating sustainable strategies for employee retention and growth.
HR Transformation and Technology Implementation:
  • Advise clients on optimizing HR technology and systems to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
  • Lead the implementation of HR technology solutions (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors ADP) to improve talent management processes and drive business outcomes.
  • Help clients build HR analytics capabilities by developing key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards and actionable reporting systems.
Project and Workstream Management:
  • Lead and manage complex human capital consulting projects ensuring successful delivery of all workstreams.
  • Oversee project timelines budgets and resources ensuring highquality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals expectations and deliverables.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor for all human capitalrelated matters.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations reports and strategic recommendations that clearly articulate insights and solutions.
  • Manage client expectations address concerns and ensure successful outcomes that align with business objectives.
Research and Best Practice Benchmarking:
  • Stay current on industry trends emerging human capital technologies and best practices to continuously enhance client offerings.
  • Benchmark client human capital strategies against industry standards to identify areas for improvement and potential competitive advantage.
  • Conduct research on HR trends employee engagement and workforce development to provide clients with forwardthinking solutions.
Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Mentor and guide junior team members providing support and fostering their professional development.
  • Lead by example promoting a collaborative innovative and clientfocused work environment.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content such as white papers case studies and industry presentations.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development Psychology or a related field (required).
  • Advanced degree (MBA MHRM or equivalent) or certifications (e.g. SHRMSCP PHR) strongly preferred.
Professional Experience:
  • 5 7 years of experience in human capital consulting HR transformation organizational development or related areas.
  • Proven experience leading and delivering human capital projects including workforce strategy leadership development and employee engagement.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Expertise in human capital strategy workforce planning talent management and HR transformation.
  • Strong proficiency in HR technology platforms (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors ADP) and HR analytics tools.
  • Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with experience developing datadriven insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to senior executives and clients.
  • Strong project management skills including experience with managing timelines budgets and resources.
