Job Description: Senior Technology Consulting Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Technology Consulting Associate to join our consulting team. In this role you will lead client engagements manage workstreams and deliver cuttingedge technology solutions that drive business transformation. You will collaborate with senior leadership mentor junior team members and play a pivotal role in solving complex technological challenges for clients across diverse industries.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design technology strategies aligned with their goals.
• Assess existing technology environments identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for modernization and optimization.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption innovation and operational improvement.

• Lead the design of innovative technology solutions including enterprise systems data analytics cloud computing and automation.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business objectives.
• Support change management and user adoption strategies to maximize the value of implemented technologies.

• Conduct indepth analysis of operational and technical data to identify trends diagnose issues and inform decisionmaking.
• Develop advanced models dashboards and frameworks to evaluate the impact of technology on performance and efficiency.
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.

• Manage multiple workstreams within larger consulting engagements ensuring highquality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on project milestones risks and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress and key outcomes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance on technology initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations reports and recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Drive longterm value for clients by identifying new opportunities and areas for growth.

• Mentor and coach junior team members providing guidance on technology trends analysis and client management.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that values continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of consulting methodologies and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field (required).
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or certifications (e.g. AWS ITIL PMP) is strongly preferred.

• 5 7 years of experience in technology consulting IT strategy or related fields.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing technology solutions and managing complex projects.

• Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with expertise in Excel SQL Python or R.
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology platforms (e.g. SAP Salesforce AWS Azure) and emerging technologies.
• Strong project management skills including experience with tools such as Jira or MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
