Job Description: Operations Consulting Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Operations Consulting Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role you will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify operational inefficiencies develop process improvements and deliver impactful solutions across diverse industries. As an Operations Consulting Analyst you will analyze data develop recommendations and contribute to the implementation of strategies that drive efficiency cost reduction and operational excellence.
- Conduct detailed assessments of client operations to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze operational data to develop insights on process performance resource utilization and cost drivers.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to define challenges and develop actionable solutions.
- Develop process maps operational frameworks and efficiency metrics to support recommendations.
- Propose and prioritize initiatives to enhance productivity reduce costs and optimize workflows.
- Assist in designing and implementing solutions including process reengineering technology adoption and change management initiatives.
- Support the preparation of client deliverables including presentations reports and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of highquality work aligned with client expectations.
- Participate in client meetings workshops and discussions contributing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct research to benchmark client operations against industry best practices and competitors.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in operations management technology and process optimization.
- Work closely with senior consultants and project managers to execute project tasks and achieve client objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team discussions to develop creative solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in operations consulting process improvement or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems or operationsfocused software is an advantage.
- Selfstarter with a proactive approach to learning and problemsolving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
- Passion for operational efficiency and delivering measurable results.
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic and evolving consulting environment.
