Job Description: Strategy Consulting Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Consulting Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role you will work closely with clients and team members to address complex business challenges develop strategic recommendations and deliver actionable solutions. As a Strategy Consulting Analyst you will contribute to research data analysis and problemsolving initiatives across a variety of industries building the skills necessary for a successful career in consulting.
- Conduct indepth research to gather insights on market trends industry dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze data to identify patterns trends and opportunities that inform strategic recommendations.
- Develop financial models and operational frameworks to evaluate business scenarios and strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to define client challenges and objectives.
- Assist in the development of strategic recommendations that address client needs and drive business outcomes.
- Synthesize research and analysis into clear compelling presentations and reports for clients.
- Participate in client meetings workshops and discussions to contribute insights and recommendations.
- Support the preparation of deliverables including presentations implementation plans and progress reports.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
- Work closely with senior consultants and managers to execute project tasks and meet deadlines.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team discussions to develop creative solutions.
- Learn and apply consulting methodologies and tools to deliver value to clients.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Engineering or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in consulting strategy or problemsolving roles.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with research tools and databases (e.g. Bloomberg FactSet) is a plus.
- Selfstarter with a proactive approach to learning and problemsolving.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
- Passion for strategy consulting and a commitment to delivering impactful results.
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic and evolving consulting environment.
