Job Description: Senior Infrastructure Private Equity Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Infrastructure Private Equity Associate to join our investment team. In this role you will take a leadership position in sourcing analyzing executing and managing investments in infrastructure sectors including energy transportation utilities and digital infrastructure. This is a critical role within the firm offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects and collaborate with senior leadership and portfolio company management teams.

• Identify and evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities through market research networking and strategic partnerships.
• Build and oversee complex financial models including DCF LBO and sensitivity analyses to assess investment feasibility.
• Analyze operational market and financial data to develop investment recommendations.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.

• Lead key aspects of the deal process including due diligence negotiation and transaction structuring.
• Collaborate with external advisors such as legal financial and technical consultants to ensure thorough analysis and risk mitigation.
• Manage the closing process including coordination of stakeholders and finalization of transaction documents.

• Monitor and evaluate portfolio companies financial and operational performance.
• Work with management teams to implement business plans optimize operations and execute valuecreation strategies.
• Assist in preparing reports and updates on portfolio performance for internal stakeholders and external investors.
• Support portfolio companies in refinancing recapitalizations or exit processes.

• Develop and refine investment strategies including sectorspecific theses and geographic focus areas.
• Stay informed on industry trends regulatory changes and technological advancements in the infrastructure sector.
• Mentor and guide junior team members providing training and feedback to enhance their professional growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives to expand the firms infrastructure platform.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Engineering Business Administration or a related field (required).
• Advanced degree (MBA Masters in Finance/Infrastructure or CFA designation) strongly preferred.

• 5 7 years of experience in private equity investment banking project finance or related fields with a focus on infrastructure investments.
• Proven track record in deal execution financial modeling and portfolio management within the infrastructure sector.

• Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise with proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure markets including project finance regulatory environments and capital structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint Bloomberg Preqin and PitchBook.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
