Job Description: Infrastructure Private Equity Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Infrastructure Private Equity Analyst to join our investment team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructurefocused investments including energy transportation utilities and digital infrastructure. As an Analyst you will contribute to all aspects of the investment process including market research financial modeling due diligence and portfolio management while working closely with senior professionals.

• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities across sectors such as energy transportation and telecommunications.
• Perform financial modeling valuation analysis and scenario planning to assess the feasibility and potential returns of prospective investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal discussions and investment committees.

• Assist in the due diligence process by analyzing financial legal technical and operational aspects of target investments.
• Collaborate with external advisors to gather critical insights and validate assumptions.
• Support deal structuring and negotiation efforts ensuring alignment with the firms investment strategy.

• Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies and projects.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess value creation opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Prepare reports and updates on portfolio performance for internal stakeholders and investors.

• Stay informed on industry trends regulatory developments and economic factors affecting infrastructure investments.
• Contribute to the development of investment theses and strategies tailored to infrastructure markets.
• Identify emerging opportunities in sustainable and digital infrastructure.

• Work closely with senior team members to execute transactions and manage portfolio assets.
• Support junior team members in conducting research and preparing analyses.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Engineering Business Administration or a related field (required).
• Strong academic performance with a focus on quantitative coursework.

• 1 3 years of experience in private equity investment banking project finance or related fields.
• Experience in infrastructure energy or projectbased finance is a strong advantage.

• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills including expertise in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create polished presentations.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and familiarity with industryspecific platforms and databases (e.g. Bloomberg Preqin).
