Job Description:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY
BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience. must have extensive experience working highly complex IT systems. Personnel resumes must demonstrate experience working legacy system upgrades modernization legacy
system transition data migration and/or system analysis and design. Priority will be given to personnel with demonstrated experience performing functional and technical solutions decomposition that enables solutions analysis and design. The personnel will have demonstrated experience with implementing solutions with respect to modern database design modern software languages within the federal Government specifically within the DoD
DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II

WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
Must have more than seven (7) years relevant experience with at least five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields. Preference for managing IT modernization efforts within the federal government environment. Program Management certification (i.e. Program Management Professional (PMP) certification other recognized certification etc.) preferred but not required. . Key personnel shall demonstrate experience with automated code translations tools. AI/ML experience is preferred.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as the project manager for TO and shall assist the government PM in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO) government SMEs and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner
