Job Description
Job Title: Contract Specialists
Responsibilties
- Assist Senior contracts specialist to prepare tender documents arranges site visits and issues any bulletins during the tendering stage.
- Assist Senior contracts specialist to ensure that the tendering process is carried out in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Assist Senior contracts specialist to prepare commercial bid reports and commercial clarifications.
- Ensures that contract particulars are correctly loaded into the ERP system for approval Blanket Purchase Agreement are signed by contractors and handed over to end users accordingly.
