Responsibilities
- Orchestrate a complex symphony of calendars seamlessly integrating business and personal schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Act as the gatekeeper of communication skillfully managing and prioritizing emails across various business streams
- Play a crucial role in client care by managing the onboarding process and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Organize data by accurately inputting and organizing client referrals into the CRM system
- Take the initiative to keep all administrative tasks running like clockwork anticipating needs before they arise
- Create and maintain a unified calendar system that becomes the backbone of efficient time management for the entire organization
- Be at the forefront of technological advancement supporting the implementation and optimization of new CRM software
- Adapt and grow with the business potentially taking on additional administrative responsibilities as the company expands
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a virtual Admin Assistant or similar role preferably in the healthcare sector
- A natural talent for juggling multiple priorities with proven experience in managing complex calendars and schedules
- Sharp eye for detail and a knack for organizing information particularly in email management and data entry
- Quick learner with a positive attitude towards adopting new technologies especially CRM systems
- Selfstarter who thrives when working independently and isn t afraid to take initiative
- Excellent communicator with strong writing skills and a professional phone manner
- Proficient in essential office software including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Passion for contributing to a meaningful cause in the healthcare sector
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
