Job Description

This is a remote position.

Major responsibilities

  • All transfer pricing matters / economic substance. This includes managing the following transfer pricing vendors including finance and legal advisors in Canada Barbados St. Lucia Italy and the US

  • Investment management for the family office ensuring coordination between the active companies the family finances and the Wealth Managers

  • FX Management between the active companies the family office and the Wealth Managers

  • Real Estate Invest Management include current and future properties and property development

  • Family Office expenses including control of PA expenditures

  • Special Projects new investments and initiatives


Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong understanding of US &Canadian GAAP as well as IFRS

  • MBA &/or CPA

  • Strong understanding of how transfer pricing works

  • Exposure to FX hedging and general planning

  • Research investment opportunities

  • Communication with all levels of contributors

  • Organized and structure in approach but able to pivot quickly

  • Previous international experience

  • Primary time zone is EST

  • Remote position

Qualification & Experience Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation is an asset. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is preferred. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across departments. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
