Job Description
This is a remote position.
Position: .NET Developer (Hybrid)
Locations: New York Kansas City Charlotte (Candidates must already reside in these locations)
Job Summary
Epiq Systems is seeking skilled Software Developers to join their dynamic team on a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing robust scalable software solutions using modern backend and frontend technologies. This role involves collaborating within an Agile Scrum environment to build and enhance web applications while ensuring high performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain software applications using C#/.NET on the backend.
- Build and implement responsive and userfriendly web applications with React or AngularJS for the frontend.
- Develop and maintain APIs and web services using ASP.NET MVC and Web API frameworks.
- Manage and optimize database operations using SQL Server.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze requirements design solutions and deliver quality software.
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner ensuring highquality deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in C#/.NET development particularly for backend systems.
- Expertise in building web applications with React or AngularJS.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC Web API and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL Server for database design queries and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum software development methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Additional Details
- Work Model: Hybrid with a requirement to be onsite as needed. Candidates must be located in New York Kansas City or Charlotte.
- Contract Duration: 612 months
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Professional experience as a data analyst, developer, or data scientist. Professional experience creating statistical or machine models to execute forecasting based on disparate and unfamiliar datasets. Coding and release experience using bash, Python, and/or other common languages. Building dashboard and reporting suites keeps stakeholders and consumers in mind through the design and iteration phases. Experience working with, analyzing, and testing deeper analytical hypothesis using utility or energy- related data sets Working within a cloud infrastructure, DevOps experience
