Job Description
- Analyzing financial data: Accountants analyze financial data to help businesses and individuals operate efficiently.
- Preparing financial statements: Accountants prepare financial statements such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements to help businesses operate efficiently.
- Managing accounting transactions: Accountants manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing budgets and forecasts: Accountants prepare budgets and forecasts including budget forecasts.
- Computing taxes: Accountants compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Ensuring compliance: Accountants ensure compliance with accounting regulations and state and federal law.
- Identifying risks: Accountants identify potential areas of opportunity and risk.
- Recommending financial actions: Accountants recommend financial actions to help businesses operate efficiently.
- Managing cash flows: Accountants manage cash flows.
- Reviewing contracts: Accountants review contracts.
- Processing payments: Accountants process payments.
- Examining financial discrepancies: Accountants examine financial discrepancies.
- Managing payroll functions: Accountants manage payroll functions.
- Creating and implementing new accounting systems: Accountants create and implement new accounting systems.

Requirements
Experience in Zoho is mandatory
- Education: A bachelors degree in accounting or a related field
- Experience: Experience in accounting
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills: The ability to interpret financial information and forecast trends
- Computer skills: Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Attention to detail: The ability to read and review financial statements and reports and ensure that the details are accurate and current
- Ethics: Ethical behavior
- Accuracy: A high level of accuracy efficiency honesty and responsibility
- Motivation: A strong desire to take on new challenges and learn
- Legislation: Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
