Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Human Resource Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management compliance and administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills a solid understanding of HR practices and the ability to work in a fastpaced construction environment.


Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Coordinate endtoend recruitment processes including posting job advertisements screening resumes scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Maintain updated job descriptions for all roles within the firm.


Employee Relations:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries addressing concerns professionally and confidentially.
  • Support managers in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through teambuilding initiatives and employee engagement activities.


Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in tracking employee performance and identifying training needs.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Facilitate performance reviews.


Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records including contracts personal details and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and workforce analytics.


Administrative Support:

  • Manage employee attendance leave requests and payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR processes align with operational goals.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.


HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate payroll processing with the finance team.
  • Handling routine employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Distributing internal communication such as memos or updates.
  • Supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Managing HR office supplies and resources.
  • Coordinating with external vendors for HR services like insurance or wellness programs


Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee grievances.
  • Recommend initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.


Learning and Development:

  • Carry out a monthly soft skill training program.




Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
