Summary:
This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies managing team performance optimizing sales processes and ensuring the effective execution of lead generation and qualification. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a proven track record in sales management and the ability to inspire and motivate a highperforming team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effective.
- Implement best practices for lead generation qualification and conversion to maximize sales performance.
- Leverage CRM tools and sales technologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Monitor team performance against targets and KPIs providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
- Track and analyze sales activities pipelines and results to drive strategic decisionmaking.
- Work closely with marketing product and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Ensure effective communication of team sales strategies goals and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to support crossfunctional projects and initiatives.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and builds strong longlasting relationships with clients.
- Address and resolve any escalated customer issues or concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
- Utilize market insights to inform sales strategies and adapt to changing business environments.
- Engaging with incoming leads from marketing and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Building relationships with both new and repeat customers.
- Maximizing sales through upselling and crossselling.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive outreach and research.
- Preparing proposals and solutions for potential customers
- Answering customer questions about our features &benefits
- Support/Lead Onboarding New Clients
Requirements
Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Systems Marketing or a related fiel
- 3 years of experience working with HubSpot CRM particularly in a salesfocused role.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes.
- Experience in creating and managing automated workflows and sales pipeline
- Proficiency in generating reports and dashboards in HubSpo
- Excellent problemsolving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in B2B Sales Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Sales/ Business Management/ Customer Service or equivalent Proven track record in sales, particularly in SaaS or tech-related fields. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic, persuasive, and engaging Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar CRM software is a plus. Experience with International B2B Clients in the USA and UK would be plus
