A leading provider of innovative medical devices and digital solutions is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Clinical Administrator to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional client support managing clinical trial data and coordinating logistics.
Role Purpose:
The Clinical Administrator will deliver outstanding client support to B2B clinical trial clients ensuring customer satisfaction and operational readiness. The role involves proactive inbound and outbound client engagement accurate data management and logistics coordination to drive project and product success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support and Liaison:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of medical devices and software to advise and support clients effectively.
- Resolve client queries efficiently via phone email and other tools while maintaining professionalism.
- Monitor servicelevel agreements (SLAs) to ensure high satisfaction levels and adherence to partnership standards.
- Provide feedback on recurring client issues to the product team for continuous improvement.
Data Management and Administration:
- Capture validate and analyze clinical trial data with strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate databases and reports ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless data flow and support decisionmaking through analysis.
- Address and resolve data discrepancies promptly escalating issues when necessary.
Logistics Coordination:
- Manage shipments customs clearance and calibration processes for devices liaising with internal teams and clients.
- Optimize client proposals onboarding and training materials to improve customer satisfaction.
- Proactively track and communicate shipment statuses and device readiness to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric (NQF Level 4).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support data management or logistics.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong client engagement skills and the ability to resolve complex queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Insightly) Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- High attention to detail strong mathematical aptitude and a proactive problemsolving approach.
- Knowledge of US carrier services and regulatory compliance processes.
