Job Description
- Use external databases and information sources to gather publicly available client and candidate information and input into our CRM system.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Write and posteffective adverts.
- Match candidates to job specifications.
- Prequalify candidates.
- Secure right to represent.
- Prepare candidate packs.
- Prepare candidates for each stage of the recruitment process.
- Liaise with the hiring manager regarding interviews etc.
- Debrief candidates at key stages.
- Liaise with the candidate regarding package and new starter onboarding details.
- Manage vacancy workflow through Bullhorn.
- Work collaboratively with business development functions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources Business Psychology or a related discipline.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Proven billing track record in recruitment
- Experience in construction engineering or manufacturing is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools
