Freelance Recruitment Consultant (Remote online South Africa)
We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Recruitment Consultant to join our team in February 2025.
Salary: Very good commission structure.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Previous agency recruitment experience
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (Write read and speak)
- Sales and targetdriven
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle extreme pressure
- Solutiondriven
- Strong independent work ethic
- You must provide your own Laptop and WiFi fees will be provided.
- This is a homebased position but the consultant will be allowed to work flexible daily hours.
- Clients will be served digitally and nationwide in SA and Internationally.
- Training will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruiting/Interview and assess prospective applicants matching them with vacancies at client companies.
- Screen candidates and create shortlists for client interviews.
- Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates on behalf of clients.
- Negotiate contracts with clients.
- Advise clients on selecting suitable candidates for vacancies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and prospect potential new clients.
- Advertise available positions.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
