Minimum requirements

  • Relevant Degree in Business HR or Psychology
  • 34 years relevant consulting experience
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
  • Excellent Microsoft 360 proficiency

Key Responsibilities

TALENT MANAGEMENT:

  • Talent Strategy Design: Collaborate with clients to assess organisational needs and develop tailored talent management frameworks.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation systems to support employee development and organisational objectives.
  • Succession Planning: Identify highpotential employees and create succession plans to ensure organisational continuity.
  • Change Management: Support clients in navigating organisational change by creating strategies for employee engagement and cultural alignment.
  • DataDriven Insights: Leverage analytics to assess talent trends identify gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Organisational Design: Design and implement OD strategies and interventions to support business objectives and organisational growth.

TALENT INSIGHTS:

  • Competency Frameworks: Design and align rolespecific competencies with career progression and organisational objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Conduct surveys and workshops to measure and improve employee satisfaction and retention.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:

  • Learning Program Development: Partner with clients and develop training programs and leadership development initiatives to upskill employees and build future leaders.
  • Facilitation & Coaching: Lead workshops training sessions and oneonone coaching sessions to enhance employee and leadership effectiveness.

GENERAL:

  • Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior consultants and contribute to building the teams overall capability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders providing guidance and insights on talentrelated challenges.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all talent management solutions comply with relevant labour laws and industry standards.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services building client relationships and developing proposals for new projects.
  • Project Management: Carry out the responsibilities of a project lead such as project scoping planning and management.
