The Opportunity
Were seeking midlevel and senior Real Estate associates to join a prominent and expanding team in San Francisco CA. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work on impactful real estate transactions contribute to highprofile deals and thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What Youll Do
- Represent clients in mortgage and mezzanine debt transactions (lender and borrower side).
- Advise on jointventure equity arrangements acquisitions dispositions and development projects.
- Draft review and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to provide innovative solutions for real estate transactions.
- Contribute to the mentorship and development of junior associates as part of a positive team culture.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Midlevel or senior associate with expertise in one or more of the following areas: mortgage/mezzanine debt jointventure equity work acquisitions and dispositions and/or development.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Skills: Strong legal research transactional drafting and negotiation skills.
- Additional Consideration: Candidates with a strong transactional background in nonreal estate areas and an interest in real estate law are encouraged to apply.
