Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Banking Sector with indepth knowledge of the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and recruitment specifically within financial institutions like Finca EBL and Microfinance banks. The role involves handling endtoend recruitment processes dealing with executivelevel candidates and sourcing top talent for banking sector roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions within the banking sector including talent sourcing screening interviewing and placement.
- Collaborate with banking clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with executives and key decisionmakers within the banking industry
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations on recruitment trends within the banking and microfinance sectors.
- Conduct interviews assess candidates suitability and ensure all placements align with client requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets and earn commission based on successful placements.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Human Resource or related field.
- 34 years of experience in recruitment within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking sector operations and recruitment best practices.
- Proven experience in handling executivelevel candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
