Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sport Court Division Lead to oversee and manage our Sport Court operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless project execution customer satisfaction and division growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports facility construction project management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Sport Court Division including planning scheduling and executing projects.
Manage and lead a team of technicians and installers providing direction training and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the division meet revenue goals and expand the customer base.
Coordinate with clients to assess needs provide project estimates and ensure timely completion of installations.
Monitor project budgets costs and timelines to maintain profitability and quality standards.
Maintain inventory and equipment ensuring proper maintenance and readiness for projects.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers subcontractors and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction project management preferably in sports flooring or court installation.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints plans and technical documents.
Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Business Administration or related field.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
