Description:
PROFILE: Backup Administrator (M/F)
Project information / tasks:
Administration of the Backup Service which includes managing the Commvault VEEAM Avamar Netbackup products
Installation maintenance upgrades updates debugging and troubleshooting issues and failures.
Providing customer support and resolving client service requests.
Reporting capacity management automation scripting and other activities related to service maintenance.
Necessary
MUST HAVE:
knowledge of backup technologies
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
NICE TO HAVE:
Certifications in relevant Backups technologies
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with scripting (e.g. Bash PowerShell Python)
knowledge of IBM and Quantum robots and DataDomain VTLs.
Years of experience in these skills : 2
Authorized teleworking : Hybrid (Lisboa): estimate 70% remote and 30% in person
Need to travel : No
Required languages : Portuguese
English & Other languages (nice to have)
