You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLooking for a fulltime motivated dependable and knowledgeable Electrical Foreman to join our PreFabrication electrical technicians team with knowledge in commercial electrical.
Qualifications:
Manage work in progress and maintain shop production schedule
Must be able to manage time projects and job costs
Strong Communication Skills
Develop process to increase labor efficiencies
Maintain Shop Equipment
Will be in charge of a crew of 210 electricians; apprentices and journeymen.
Maintain a safe and clean shop
Attending meetings identifying conflicts and resolving problems.
Organizing and planning directing work inspecting installations for quality making sure code standards are met and ensuring job safety.
Interpret and understand schematic diagrams blueprints and other specifications
Ability to follow electrical code
Min. of 5 years experience in the commercial and industrial work.
Strong working knowledge of job site safety.
Experience working with hand tools power tools and electronic test equipment.
Troubleshooting skills
Possess a valid Texas Drivers license and means of transportation
Must be able to work quickly efficiently and both independently and as part of a team.
High standards of integrity and professionalism
Drug free at all times
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand walk climb crawl bend or kneel for long period of time
Ability to lift up to 50 Pounds
Ability to work at elevated heights
Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment Required
Ability to work in allweather temperatures/ climates
Education and Training Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
State of Texas Journeyman License.(Preferred)
OSHA10 or OSHA30
Awareness or Certified in 70 E NFP preferred
